1. Property Manager – North/Western Suburbs

He is a down to earth, impeccably presented young man who has customer service in his blood. For nearly two years he has been working as a Business Development Manager and is looking to work in a progressive agency.

3. Property Manager – Northern Suburbs

He has been in his current position for the past 5 years managing a portfolio of 210 properties, generating new business and assisting with leasing.

4. Senior Property Manager / BDM – Northern Suburbs 
A very knowledgeable, young professional with 9 years’ experience in Property Management. She is hard working with enormous drive, energy and ambition. Up to date with training and being part of a progressive office. She takes her profession in Property Management and Business Development very seriously and is looking for an opportunity to grow and to lead within.  This is an opportunity not to be missed, she will light up any office and team.

5. Department Head – Eastern Suburbs 
A well-presented, professional and motivated Department Head. With his strong background and knowledge in Real Estate, he is able to mentor and lead a successful team.

6. Business Development Manager – Eastern Suburbs 
This candidate has a lot to offer. He is a highly motivated, creative and versatile professional with a total of 11 years’ experience in the real estate industry. After taking a break for 12 months he is looking to re-enter the industry. His passion is Business Development as he loves a challenge and sets high expectations of himself. He is looking for a long term role within a professional, progressive agency.

7. Property Manager – South East Suburbs   
A motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate professional with strong organisational, communication, computer and administrative skills. She is looking to further progress and achieve new goals in a competitive environment. Currently she is seeking a role in the Southeast/Bayside locations.

8. Senior Property Manager – South East Suburbs 
This candidate has over 10 years Property Management experience. He has strong communication skills and is ideally looking for a role where he can continue to develop and work within a company that has established processes and systems

9. Reception – South Eastern Suburbs
A lovely professional candidate who is very well presented and personable. She is looking to continue her Real Estate career on the front desk as a stepping stone into Property Management. She is now looking to join a larger team that will give her the opportunity to grow within.

10. Sales Consultant – South East 
With 7 years’ experience in Real Estate working in a Sales PA/Sales Administration position – this candidate is ready for their next step! Ideally she is looking to use her current skills and move into a Sales Consultant position within a progressive agency.

11. Senior Property Manager – South East / Bayside 
With 6 years’ experience in Residential Property Management – this candidate comes with a wealth of knowledge. He is mature, articulate and is very motivated. What is important to him is a good office culture, support and a strong professional, progressive brand.

12. Assistant Property Manager / Leasing – Bayside 
A mature candidate beyond her years. Currently working as a Junior Property Manager for the past 10 months where she is sharing the management of a portfolio of 260 properties. She is a very capable, professional and polite individual looking to work for a progressive organisation.

13. Business Development / Roving Property Manager
A dynamic professional with lots of charisma! He is approachable, friendly, engaging and funny. This candidate has successfully managed portfolios of 125-140, due to his old school mindset of picking up the phone and building rapport.

14. Property Manager / Team Leader – Mornington 
A Senior Property Manager who loves her portfolio and wants to find her niche within a successful and well respected company.  She is capable of running her portfolio independently but enjoys an office where everyone works together as a team. She is a great mentor and team leader, currently mentoring 3 staff within her office.
