This is a fantastic opportunity for a Property Manager with 3-5 years experience who wants to build a long term career with a very well respected and growing brand. You will really enjoy the mentoring you received from within the office and also from a corporate level. You will learn from some of the most highly recognised and credentialed leaders in the real estate business.
The role itself will see you managing a portfolio of 200-300 properties. But don’t worry your not going it alone! You will be the leader of your team support which includes an experienced assistant property manager, a leasing consultant and an administration assistant.
Weekends are when required and could be weeks without working one but you will have to work as part of your teams roster.
This role is really a starting ground to learn and fine tune your people leadership skills before you embark on the next journey in PM as a Team Leader.
