About the Role
This role is the conduit between the external customers (landlords and tenants) and the Internal team of 15 staff.
Tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Answering incoming calls
- Administration as required
- Greeting clients
- Liaison with other staff members and management
- managing customer expectations
- High level reception experience
- Current Agent’s Representative Certificate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong computer skills
