About the role 

This role is available due to the growth of their business. They are wanting a passionate Property Manager who loves to deliver high quality customer service, whilst managing a portfolio in the Western suburbs.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Manage a portfolio of up to 160 properties
  • Client liaison
  • Inspections
  • Maintenance and repairs
  • Arrears
  • Tribunal appearances (if required)
  • Managing client and tenant enquiries

Skills and Experience

  • Experience working within Real Estate
  • Current Agent’s Representative Certificate
  • Australian Driver’s Licence
  • Reliable and presentable car
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Neat and tidy personal presentation
