We have been asked to find a enthusiastic and proactive candidate who is ready to jump right into a leasing and assistant property management role supporting two senior property managers in a growing business. You will be happy to work autonomously while out on the road doing opens, property condition reports and routines for 200 properties.
When you are in the office you will assist with arrears, lease preparation and tenant selection along with the senior property managers and you will get to express yourself in the marketing of properties.

Our client opened their doors over 4 years ago after a successful sales career in the local area spanning 20+ years. Over this time they have already expanded so they have a sales only office and property management only office working on the same strip of shops just doors apart.
