About the role

Joining a small team, the role takes on a portfolio of 160 properties in the Manningham area where you will be required to work 1 in 3 Saturdays.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Open for inspections
  • Maintaining enquiry lists
  • Processing applications
  • Ingoing/outgoing inspections
  • Administrative reporting
  • Periodic inspections and reports
  • Repairs and maintenance
  • Maintaining rental schedules
  • Dealing with landlord enquiries

About You

  • Minimum of 2 years Property Management experience managing your own portfolio
  • Current Agent’s Representative Certificate
  • Australian Driver’s Licence
  • Reliable and presentable Vehicle
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Neat and tidy personal presentation
