About the role
Joining the highly successful PM team, this Roving Property Manager role is perfect for someone who loves variety and never having two days be the same.
Tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Managing portfolios of PM’s during leave periods
- Condition reports
- Routine inspections
Inclusion on the roster for Saturday open for inspections. Due to excellent processes and administrative support, the role is only required to work minimal Saturdays.
Experience, qualifications and skills required:
- 1 year experience as an Assistant Property Manager
- Current Police Check
- Australian Driver’s Licence
- Strong Communication Skills
- Professional personal presentation
There is no ‘going it alone’ in this large supportive team which you will enjoy being a part of. Regardless of seniority of position or task at hand, everyone enjoys pitching in to help out the team and success is a team effort. You will be confident to tackle any task but comfortable enough to seek assistance when needed.
