About the Role

Joining the active Property Management team, the role will undertake full management of a portfolio of 180 properties as a hand over position commencing in December.

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Leasing
  • Inspections (OFI & Routine)
  • Tenant and Landlord Management
  • Maintenance and Repairs
  • Administration
  • Responding to enquiries

Skills and Experience

  • Current Agent’s Representative Certificate
  • Minimum 12-18 months Property Management experience
  • Strong portfolio management knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player
  • Strong computer skills
  • Victorian Driver’s License
  • Well presented, reliable car
