The team are seeking an experienced property manager who will hit the ground running. You will be responsible for the end to end management of a portfolio of 150 properties (with 80 conveniently located in the same building).
As this agency is heavily involved in new developments, the portfolio is predominantly 'near new' properties.
To be successful in this role you will need to possess the following:
•Proven track record managing your own portfolio of 150+
•Excellent organisational skills
•Exceptional communication skills
•A commitment to first class customer service
