Our client is a boutique office looking for a switched on professional to join there their team in a Senior Property Management role.
You will benefit from well organised and streamlined systems and procedures. This opportunity also offers outstanding support from a second Property Manager which overall will reduce stress and let you enjoy the friendly team atmosphere.
You will run your own portfoilo of 120 properties in a positive environment where your efforts will be rewarded. You won't be micro managed, allowing you to work in the best possible way to suit your personality, but you will be accountable.
This role will involve some New Business so those with experience at bringing on new Managements will be highly regarded.
