This office is now seeking a Portfolio Manager to take over their key clientele. Your primary responsibilites include:
•Managing a portfolio of 150 exclusive properties
•Communicate with and managing high-end corporate clients
•Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
•Ability to work in a fast paced environment
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a fun, dynamic Department where you will have support from Leasing, Administration, Accounts and a Department Head. You will not be required to work on New Business however, the rewards are available should you wish to. No end-of-month, leasing or Saturday work required!
