Growing Commercial Agency

Join a leading mid tier commercial agency as they go through a period of expansion. This is a new role to work alongside the sales and leasing team providing administration support.

To be successful in this role you will need previous experience in property and a preference will be given to those applicants with commercial knowledge.

This is a fast paced role where the team are relying on you to put your organisational skills to use and be the go to person.

Daily tasks will include
• organising marketing reports,
• leasing proposals,
• authorities and contracts,
• general correspondence and some dicatphone typing.
• You will also be required to assist with advertising and maintenance of the web listings.

Exceptional microsoft word skills are essential and RP Office would be highly regarded.
