A down to earth young professional who has been working in Property Management and BDM for 3 years now. Returning from Maternity leave this candidate is looking for a role where she is able to work 25-30 hours a week within a company that she can stay in for the long term.

This candidate has 11 years’ experience in both QLD and Melbourne. For the past two years she has been in a temporary property management capacity. Ideally she is looking for an opportunity to work with a professional team where she can stay long term.

With twelve years in the industry, this candidate began her career in Reception and Administration in which she worked her way up into Property Management. Currently managing a large portfolio of over 300 properties and managing an assistant, she would make a great Team leader. A passionate, organised, professional property manager with 6 years’ experience. She commenced in an administrative role in 2010 and quickly stepped up to a portfolio of 200 properties. She has spent the last 3 years in her current role managing 200 properties end to end and likes being able to own her position and be responsible for her properties. She has exposure to many other facets of Real Estate such as Trust Accounting which makes her a must see!
5 – Property Manager – Eastern Suburbs
A mature, professional switched on candidate who is ideally looking to build on her property management skills within an agency that will help her grow. She has been in her currently role for nearly 12 months where she was promoted from an assistant PM to PM within the first 4 weeks.
6 – Business Development Manager – Eastern Suburbs
This candidate has a lot to offer. He is a highly motivated, creative and versatile professional with a total of 11 years’ experience in the real estate industry. After taking a break for 12 months he is looking to re-enter the industry. His passion is Business Development as he loves a challenge and sets high expectations of himself. 12 – Bookkeeper / Trust Accountant – Bayside / Inner CBD
An experienced candidate in both bookkeeping and trust accounting. Currently working with an extensive large rent roll consisting of residential, commercial and strata properties, whilst managing 2 trust accounts, 1 general account and 11 strata accounts. She is ideally looking for a long term role within a company where she can utilise her skills and experience, to become part of their dynamic team
13 – Team Leader – 2IC/ Senior Property Manager – Bayside
A veteran of the Property Management industry with nearly 15 years’ experience as a Property Manager – and still loves it! She has been in her current role for over 10 years and is looking for a role that provides her with new challenges within an agency that allows her to build new and fresh relationships at a reputable company with great market presence and long term vision.
