Hot April Candidates

1. Assistant Property Manager / Receptionist – South East (Flexible)  
A gun entry level candidate. She is a mature, well-presented lady who is eager to work as a property manager and begin her career within the real estate industry. Throughout her years of experience in customer service, she has gained copious amounts of skills which will be easily transferable to any role she takes on. Her strong desire to work and succeed within the industry, combined with her ability to build rapport will ensure that she excels in the real estate industry.

2. Commercial Property Manager – South East / Bayside 
An intelligent candidate who is eager to further her experience and skill set within the real estate industry. She has 7 years’ experience in Residential Real Estate. Her desire to learn and grow has led her to the decision to move on from residential property management and into commercial property management. In doing this, it will allow her to experience the change and growth she desires, as well as expose herself to a new side of real estate in which she can learn from.

3. Sales Consultant – Eastern Suburbs 
This fantastic candidate has 4 and a half years’ experience in Real Estate Sales. He is a pleasure to deal with and has good integrity. He is keen to continue his sales career and commit to a company that he can stay with.

4. Department Head / Team Leader – East & CBD  
An outstanding candidate with 10 years’ experience.  She has excellent people skills and extensive residential knowledge. This allows her to not only excel in any role she takes on, but also mentor other Property Managers to ensure they also achieve excellence and help the company grow.

5. Sales Administration / Marketing – Northern Suburbs   
A well-presented, down to earth candidate who loves what she does. Her references comment on her strong work ethic and ability to follow direction. Most recently she has been working in an office where she was supporting sales consultants across 5 offices. 

6. Commercial Property Manager – CBD and surrounding suburbs   
This candidate is hungry to be educated and responsive to market trends to achieve optimum results for his clients and the agency he is representing, to establish himself as a market leader in the industry. With 2 years’ experience in Residential he is now seeking a new role within Commercial.

7. Assistant Property Manager – Inner West/North & CBD  
Relocating from Sydney, this candidate has come from a beauty background. She is seeking a new opportunity as an assistant property manager, with the aspiration of one day managing her own portfolio.  She has had exposure working for a company that acts as a Buyer’s Agent.

8. Trust Accounting / Rental Administration (School hours) – North  
A friendly and professional candidate with great work ethics and strong attention to detail. Her background in Real Estate consists of Commercial and Residential Property Management, Sales Administration and Trust Accounting. She is well presented with excellent communication skills.

9. Sales Administration – Northern Suburbs   
This candidate is a self-motivated, hardworking and highly organised individual. She has 6 years’ experience in Sales Administration and is looking to take on a role within an organisation that will assist in her growing.

10. Leasing Manager – Northern Suburbs 
After working as a Leasing Executive for the past two years, this young professional is looking to take the next step to help him reach his goal of being a Senior Leasing Agent with some BDM. He is looking to join a company that will assist him in the continuation of his career goal.
